hey hate to be a bit harsh but it is worth it
1. u are in the worng place and bad lvl to really farm ant thing u could farm grawl thats about it.
2.most ppl wont tell u there place to go farm so u should just ask for suggestion (we had a whole arument about on the thread about where are good farming spots by me)
3.U should try finding your own farming place b/c my farming place is different then my friends farming place and we get the same items most of the time. if he comes to my farming spot he get barly any thing and vis-versa.

sry if u think this is a little harsh but it is the truth.

I believe that's because for a person to farm all those Grawl successfully, they need to be a pretty good player Well, I can't figure out how to farm mobs where half of them have enchant removal + make you bleed+poison at the same time, and the other half have knockdown.

That's a good point. I have found a few places, but I would like to figure out how to farm some of the spots that have this type of dynamic. If any body would like to post some suggestions it would be greatly appreciated.

If anyone wants to "pm" someone to keep knowledge of an area from ANet...then do NOT tell them in game. Think two words..Activity Logs. An in game pm may be private from other gamers but do NOT think that ANet cannot read the logs. They need these chat logs to prove for example..any form of in game harrasment. I know of examples where "farming" locations changed when all the parties did was PM each other...but did it IN GAME.
We know the devs read these forums, they most certinly read the daily logs.

Good hunting

higher lv areas mean better salvages from dropped materials. I got like 11 tanned hides from one piece of armor dropped by a grawl near Droknar Forge. Don't waste your time farming lower areas, things are worth more further in the game. Solo if you can or take a few hench... keep in mind drops are less with hench, and gold is shared...

Here is testiment that you can earn a good amount by just playing thru,I started out post sear after buying ascalon armor I had around 3k left, went from there to Gates of Kryta by the end of the night, and by salvaging and selling to merchants I had 15k,ofcourse this is my second charactor and her weapon is max unlike my first charactor,so there is a slight advantage because I knew how to manage everything better, but for 1st time charactors if you just read and follow the instructions given in this forum, you'll find your own hook with the economy, dont give up

to all of you who are not even at kryta ... you will not find a decent farming spot until then. From kryta you can farm the mergoyle skulls off the 18 mergoyle right outside the door. you can earn a few thousand per hour at a low level which is decent (low levellers cant earn lots of cash in case you dont know) ... once you have level 20 and the desert and southern shiverpeaks plus fire isles ... you can make money there. So stop asking for low level farming spots and continue on in the game. The rest, if you cant use a bloody search engine, you likely can't comprehend how to farm. Its not as easy as it looks and takes practice off the bat. It requires skill and common sense, so if you cant even (comprehend how to pick mobs, you'll never make it in the industry)

we fight eachother over the drops. I may get a gold on run 1, but tom gets it on 2, sam gets it on 3, lizzy gets it on 4, etc. Think about it ... think about who your target is ... think about exploiting its weakness or weakening its attacks (now blow that up by 10 ... will it still work ... then you may be on top something)
